I use &#8220;annual&#8221; loosely here. So I got all my pitchure takin&#8217; junk out. In hindsight, it would have been better to think of this earlier in the season. When Gina saw the photos she said we could make a photo Christmas card just like everybody else. I wondered if we could get a good post-holiday deal on those.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dondailey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/dsc_4393blog.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[539]\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/dondailey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/dsc_4393blog-450x299.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"dsc_4393blog\" width=\"450\" height=\"299\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-544\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dondailey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/dsc_4393blog-450x299.jpg 450w, https:\/\/dondailey.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/dsc_4393blog.jpg 900w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I shot this last one. It would have been better if Gina had unwrapped the candy cane.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.strobist.blogspot.com\/\">Strobist<\/a> info: SB-600 at 1\/8 camera right fired into reflective umbrella. SB-26 high back camera left on 1\/64 for rim\/hair light. ISO 200. Gina&#8217;s and Abby&#8217;s faces catch the light right, but I&#8217;ve got a deep shadow over my right eye that&#8217;s bothersome. I&#8217;ll have to remember that. In the last one, Gina seems to be getting some fill on the shadow side from a CFL in a nearby lamp.
