Post Irony

We gathered at Funland in Burns Park to celebrate Abby’s 3rd birthday on Saturday. No drama like last year. Abby announced that there would be no traditional singing of Happy Birthday. I didn’t get very many decent pictures. I was too busy jacking around with the video camera and other tasks.

She cleaned up with the presents. Nana assisted the package openings.

After the party we convened to the back yard on Birchwood Drive for a cookout and pool party. I put my masterful grilling touch on the burgers and hot dogs.

Mimi and Papa tried to decipher one of Abby’s rambling dissertations on bugs, or sandwiches or something.

Nana and Gramps gave Abby an inflatable pool and water cannons. Gramps spent a lot of time loosing volleys at Nana.
